FALSE ADVERITISING - VERY disappointed with my stay at this place. The photos they are advertising are NOT current. I had looked forward to enjoying the coffee shop on site and saw really good reviews about it, only to find it permanently closed on arrival. It was closed well before I booked this place - but the photos the website use make you think otherwise. The thing that had shocked me the most was there was NO staff working physically on site. I had walked around the small property trying to find where I check in, only for another guest to inform me I have to call a number to check in. I called to do so (the lady who assisted me was incredibly helpful and kind, and in no way do I fault her!) and was sent a check in form via text. It was all just very bizarre. I feel as if this is goin

Just don’t stay here. Listen to the reviews. To preface we have stayed here before and it was just fine so going into this we had very low standards, a clean place with a bed and dog friendly, little did we know that was a lot to ask for from this establishment this time around. We arrived at 10:45pm to find no parking spots in the lot our room was at. A gentleman was digging through the trashes right outside our room and reaching around cars tire wells (bad start). Upon entering the room the floors were sticky and dirty, the shower was disgusting and moldy, and there were random wooden brackets hung all over where it looks like furniture was? I also hope you didn’t expect basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and body soap because they now just offer a large communal bottle of 3in1

We recently stayed at the LOGE in Mt. Shasta for two nights. While we appreciate the concept and vibe of the property, there are several areas where improvements could really elevate the guest experience.||||Upon entering our room, there was a noticeable odor that lingered throughout our stay. It would be helpful if rooms were aired out daily or if deodorizers were used. The smell gave an impression that the room wasn't as clean as it should be. Scent often plays a big role in perceived cleanliness.||||A couple of the lamps or bulbs in the room weren’t working, which affected lighting and comfort. The bathroom could also use a refresh—some light updates or even just added care would go a long way.||||One thing that stood out was the absence of a hairdryer. In a cold-weather destination lik

Positive: Nature and privacy. Negative: The shower door would not close all the way. Water leaked into floor. And the codes to get in was a little confusing. Took awhile to get ahold of someone to send me hotel room codes to get into my room and the main common kitchen area too.

Incredibly basic motel. It was adequately clean but that's about where the positives end. The floors are tiled as well which I consider a positive instead of having dirty carpet. We checked into one room and the window AC unit was very loud. We asked to change rooms and they were able to accommodate us. The 2nd room's AC worked fine for the first 30-60 minutes and then started squealing like the first. They both sounded like they hadn't been serviced. The fans rattle and squeal. Fortunately the nighttime temp was low enough that we turned it off. The mattresses are budget cheap foam mattresses. I wouldn't stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to any friends.
