Swiss Holiday Lodge

Room was excellent, staff or owner was very friendly and helpful. Love that they have access to a pool and hot tub. Rooms are very clean updated and beautiful. The views were gorgeous. And the cost was not that bad. Well worth the money. Great cottonelle breakfast had more choices than many hotels that I stayed at. I definitely would be back again.

A beautiful hotel with excellent amenities, including an outdoor hot tub and mountain views. The breakfast was generous, the staff attentive, and the rooms spacious and very clean. A comfortable and relaxing place to stay while enjoying the Shasta area.

Good room price(s), clean, everything in good working order, well-maintained. Booking was easy over the phone. Nice views of Mt. Shasta and other landscape. Decent eating establishments nearby. Mini fridge needs plugged in once you arrive, but that's 1 thing that helps them keep costs down. Wifi & breakfast bar included.

Positive: Close to mountain Negative: Manager came in to clean room without checking first if anyone was in room. Rooms should have a chain link lock, or other method to secure from within other than just key card. Felt unsecure.

My husband and I loved this place! Slightly out of town, quiet, pet friendly, very clean. Free continental breakfast that was very good. Staff was very friendly.The rooms were dated, but we didn’t care about that. It was very very clean. They had a pool and a spa and we used both of them. They had a large lawn with lots of seating areas. There is a view of Mount Shasta behind the Lodge. We would definitely stay here again on our way through Mount Shasta!
