Best Western Plus Tree House

First off the second you walk into this rustic Best Western, I was greeted by the most friendly, courteous and warm associates at the check in desk. Her name is Joselynn, yes that’s spelled correctly I had to ask her and verified by her badge😊. Carli as well, her smile is very lovely and her warm aura could light up a room :) Joselynn and Carli were Very informative , the associates who covered all the bases about the hotel. No surprises or hidden peek a boo charges! Flawless. I asked about the restaurant if in fact it was good. She said absolutely I gave me a few recommendations but I ultimately went with the salmon, which was like eating steak. Great recommendation and most importantly great customer service. Today I came in this afternoon, and was welcomed by the ladies. The hotel itself is very cozy and super clean. Carli & Joselynn greeted me with their beautiful smiles. Thank you for your expertise and patience with me. Especially Carli she went above and beyond to help me. You guys are the best and make it worth spending the money! In addition thank you Carli for holding the door for me, as I am unable to walk due to injury.

This was our second time staying at the Tree House, and we LOVE it! Great location along I-5 with mature trees and fabulous views of Mt. Shasta. The check-in and check-out were welcoming and friendly, and the rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. And they're very welcoming to dogs, with several pet-friendly areas surrounding the hotel. The indoor pool/spa is large and clean, and the large spa felt wonderful after our ten-hour travel day. The workout room is a bit small, but adequate to get your blood moving after a long day in the car, or before a long travel day. The restaurants served fabulous food, and the staff was attentive, warm, and welcoming. Positive: The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The restaurant downstairs is good, as well. Negative: The room was advertised as having an unobstructed view of the mountain, which was totally misleading and not worth paying twice the price.

I am a local and have chosen to stay here now twice for my girls' birthday. They wanted to swim. Not only is the pool cold, but the hot tub is like bath water. This area and the gym were dirty. The bed that was brought for my daughter was horribly uncomfortable. I let it all slide a year ago because I thought maybe it was a one time thing. But for these room prices, the amenities should be worth it. The food and service at the restaurant were wonderful!
