Summer Sands Suites

We had a great stay at Summer Sands this past weekend. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were very friendly and helpful. Parking is very limited, but we knew that going in so made sure not to bring an extra vehicle. We were on the back side with a view of the condos across the street so no ocean view but it was nice to be able to look over the pool so we could send the kids down and hang out on the balcony. The beds were comfortable, and the murphy bed was really easy to get up and down. There was an ice maker in the freezer, which was a plus. Overall, it was a great stay, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We loved this place! So clean both inside room and in exterior areas. Recently updated. Awesome location and very easy access to beach. Seascapes rental agency was so attentive throughout whole process also.

Summer Sands was such a great visit. It's probably my 15th time staying. You can't ask for a better location. Everything is within walking distance. If you want to go shopping, beach it, restaurants, or grocery shopping (ROBERTS GROCERY). SEASCAPE PROPERTIES is the place to book. They were so helpful and fair. The rates were the best. Summer Sands was wonderful! The young ladies at the check in desk could not have been any nicer. They were very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Everything we could have wanted was within walking distance. The best part of Summer Sands Suites was the fact they welcomed us and our pet with open arms. We will definitely go back!

After my last review, we thought about the timing of our last stay. It was 10 years ago. Doesn't matter. We stayed at the Summer Sands again last week. Dog friendly on the 1st floor. Kitchen had all the things you would probably have at home. Nice and clean. Comfortable. Easy access to the beach. Food and coffee shop close by, like right next door. Very friendly staff. We again stayed an additional night, just because. This time we were on the harbor side. Beautiful sunsets. Now that we snowbird to Florida, we'll be stopping there each way. Reasonable price. Dogs allowed on the beach after October until April? Text message updates and door key codes. If you're pulling a trailer, ask them what your options are as there is limited parking.
