Silver Gull Motel

Christy was very helpful when I called her directly to book the stay. When we arrived the motel is a little older but very clean, and room was extra spacious and had a balcony with great view of the beach/ocean. Very quiet area (off-season). Had good coffee in the lobby for our morning walk. Will definitely come here again. Another bonus is covered parking.

Perfect location, bare bones don’t need much anyway for the beach. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Definitely will be returning

The location was great. The room was clean. |The beds block the entrance to sliding doors to the patio by 3/4. There’s a large lip that the sliders travel in at the floor. I tripped and fell over it and hit the end of the bed and landed on the floor . ||If the beds were moved to the opposite wall and the dresser and table moved to where the beds are now that would allow for safe and open access to the sliding doors and a nice ocean “wake up” view from the beds of the ocean. ||The manager never called me about my fall .

Great location and service. We had a sea view suite so watched a pod a of dolphins swim past at sunrise on our balcony. ||Lots of space and good facilities in the suite. Perfect for our family of four.

We enjoyed our stay at the Silver Gull. The only negative we had was the cigarette smoke odor when we first arrived. The nice woman who was at the front desk offered to spray the room for us but we did it ourselves. We sprayed and left the doors open to get fresh air. By the 3rd day it was gone. |We had an ocean front view which was beautiful. We ate most of our meals in either sitting on the balcony or at the table inside. |The location is great close to restaurants and some shops.|The parking area is covered.
