This is a very simple, no-frills hotel, but what really stood out to me was the kindness of the people who run it. The staff were friendly, respectful, and went above and beyond when they didn’t have to. The atmosphere was quiet, and I felt left alone and comfortable during my stay, which meant a lot to me. If you’re looking for a peaceful place with people who genuinely care, this is worth considering.

I was a bit concerned after reading the reviews but I found the place to be pretty clean and no issues there. However its very outdated and really needs a paint job and some updating on linens and lampshades.| ITs very accommodating for pets and a nice court yard for them Very quiet and had a great night of sleep. Breakfast was basically coffee and sweets. Looks like a nice fitness center and games and even a library.

Pet friendly, great private entrance with grass nearby to walk the dog. Safe area, well-lit. Close to McDonald's, Walmart, Dunkin, and various shopping and restaurants. The room had tile floors throughout, hard on the feet but perfect for pets. The room was dated, but who cares? The towel peacock on the bed at arrival made me smile and feel like they were really trying. When I travel with my dogs, I don't expect luxury. I'm happy to have a comfortable room with the amenities I need. Tiny fridge, good working air conditioner, (even a tiny microwave i didn't need), clean shower with good water pressure and a decently spacious room for a king. Can't complain. Great value, close to Arthur and to Casey for fun travel.

The reply from the owner states they were open for breakfast at 6:30-10, that is a lie! My family and another family was down there at 7:00 and it wasn't open. We left around 7:30 still no one. The two kids went through another door in the dark to and found out no one was there. Never again will I stay here. The mattress covers were filthy, the bathroom door needs replaced. Room smells moldy and looks like mold on the air conditioner. The pool area is leaking. My son had water drip on his head. This is so sad, I remember back in my childhood this being the Holiday Inn and was a really nice place to go to. Honestly, this place needs shut down. They also advertise free hot breakfast and it was closed. The owner is super friendly, but I think they have bit off more than they can chew
