Relax Inn & Suites

It was very filthy and it smelled horrible. The sheets were not clean. No one checked to see if we needed housekeeping at all had a half roll of toilet paper and that was it. Never received any clean towels and the we had water was pouring down the walls and made big puddles in front of the doorway and running into the rest of the room. Very few outlets. This was the worst 3 day stay I've ever had

For one the website says one price and they charge you 30$ more. Very disrespectful to there housekeeping. Says it has WiFi but doesn't work you have use your own. Tvs sucks, bed sucks with a sheet and a thin sheet cover flat pillows. When you ask for clean towels you never get them. Has roaches in the room I stayed in. Absolutely no coffee pot no alarm clock no telephone and 2 outlets. Highly recommend never to stay here. Be zero stars if I could. I've stayed in shady places but this takes the top of the list.

When we stayed there our floor in the room was dirty. At first the people who work there were very nice and reasonable until you were there longer than a day and then they talk bad about you and overcharge you and act like you're behind when you're not behind on your payments. My son is autistic and they made fun of him. So if you have a disabled child don't stay there if you don't want them making fun of your child. If I could I would rate them as no stars.

This was easily one of the best resorts i’ve ever stayed at. My group of 15 fit extremely comfortably in the suite. The holes in the blankets made it so I didn’t over heat when I was sleeping. The piano in the court yard made for a great amenity. The location was within walking distance of a 5 star continental breakfast. I felt so safe there that I was ok the doors didn’t lock. Room was so spacious that only 4 of us needed to sleep on the floor. The $300 price really made it worth the stay. Overall, I don’t think I will be the same after this 10/10 experience. Over 90 dollars for a room with no coffee. Flat smelly pillows a slashed up thin bed cover no charging ports heat that thinks its air-conditioning. Nothing near to eat you think they at least have vending machines.. I don't recommend.
