Move me from one fully functional room to a different room that has exposed electrical wires. The TV does not work. There's no channels whatsoever the light in the bathroom. Don't work so I can't use the sink or take a shower unless I use a flashlight. The Wi-Fi is iffy, but yet they want their money. I've asked him for over 2 weeks to come fix his bathroom light , and they have yet to do it

There was no water for showers, fire alarm beeped all night, tv didn’t work or had one channel, if we wanted to cook the stove wasn’t hooked up, very dirty n hard to get around cuz of construction n I was in a boot for a broken ankle. Phone didn’t work to call front desk. Very very bad for almost $200. Never again n will tell all my friends to never stay there

This place gets -0 stars. They didn’t tell us on the app the hotel was under construction. It looked suspect. They gave us our room key. We went to check out the room and didn’t like the room. We back to the car to get something and then went back to the room to take pictures and someone was in our room. They claimed that he was checking it out for us. Why would he go in our after we left and went back to our vehicle. Did he think we were leaving. The place is a wreck. This hotel should not be renting rooms unless they tell everyone it’s under construction and it’s not up to par. The room didn’t look like the pictures on the Choice App 🤬

So my son and his father decided to stay here in the rude lady at the front desk was so inappropriate for her to be a GM she needs to be fired. Her name is Leona. I asked her to do a wellness check because my son was missing and I had not heard from him or his father just for her to call me out my name and tell me that there was nothing she can do when I worked for hotels before and I know for a fact we can do wellness checks. So when I asked for her corporate office number, she told me to go find it myself and then laughed well hopefully her Bosses see this and let’s see who has the last laugh

Brand new Rooms with Kitchens. The hotel is fully renovated. Perfect place to stay while working in town. Great staff and affordable rates.
