New hotel rooms are super clean, comfy, have beautiful views and great amenities! Love the tiled, seated, shower and fluffy pillows. The lobby has several chill areas around a fireplace to get work done if you don’t want to sit at the desk in your room. The gym was roomy and had a great variety of equipment.||Kankakee Grill had yummy food as did Cooper Rock. The real gem here? The spa! The spa has a chill room, gender specific, with both wet and dry saunas, salt water hot tub and heated loungers. They had several packages or individual treatments based on your interest. Went with a package and the only bummer was not making enough time to spend the entire day here! ||All staff no matter where I went was professional, welcoming and informative. If I could rate it negative stars, I would. Been here MANY times in the last year, haven’t received free play, and no matter how much I pump into machines, can’t even get bonus spins. DEFINITELY prefer Dowagiac or New Buffalo, but the husband doesn’t want to make the trip, or claims it’s too small. If you want to lose $200 in half an hour, this is the place!

We visited the this Casino March 3rd into March 4th. Very clean and large gaming area. That’s the good. The slot machines features paid horrible. We started around 9:00 pm until 3:00 am. We hit quite a few features only to be paid poorly. $5 bet and the feature paid $35. Another machine feature playing a $7.50 bet. Feature paid $60. Different machine with a $4.40 bet feature paid $35. Yet another machine $5 bet 12 free games only to pay $27. We tried different machines and all night it was the same. We won’t be coming back to this casino for a long time !

First time ever going to a casino. As soon as we checked in our card was charged 2 times with a 100.00 fee and wasn't reimbursed till 2 days later taking most of our gambling money. The manager was aware and blew it off like no big deal and couldn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Fire alarm went off for 40 mins followed by a tornado alarm for additional 20 mins. Neither was happening. We ate at the kanakakee grill. Food was horrible and so spicy (menu didn't state spicy) couldn't eat it. Asked for an ice water was given tap water that was horrible even tho bottle water was left in rooms n such for guest. The bartender was rude, dismissive and took 2 hours to eat there( weren't busy bartender just talked with fellow bartender ignoring customers). Im pretty easy going and dont mind hi
