I’ve lived here for 90 days now and honestly, the staff is what makes this place great. Huge shoutout to Jackie at the front desk—she’s so easy to talk to and makes you feel right at home. Bill, the GM, is a "no-BS" guy who tells it like it is, but he’s the first person to step up and help when you need something fixed. Even with the renovations going on as they switch brands, you can tell the new owners really care about the quality. I’m happy to be staying another 6 to 9 months. They have the best team here!

Positive: "" Negative: It is falling apart, the cabinets are damaged, the shower curtain does not hold water within the shower. There were numerous items stuffed into the door lock. I did not feel safe at all, I believe there are some people living there.

If I can give this motel 0 starts I would! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I had a very disappointing experience at this motel. I booked a room for Valentine’s Day and was not refunded despite the issues we encountered. The bed we were given was a twin size, even though we specifically booked a queen bed, which was unacceptable for a stay meant to be special. On top of that, the front office closed at 8:00 PM. We already had dinner and movie reservations planned for Valentine’s Day, so returning to the office before it closed to address the issue wasn’t possible without missing our reservations. This made the situation extremely inconvenient and poorly handled. The customer service was unprofessional and unaccommodating, and there was no effort to resolve the problem or offer a refund. Positive: Nothing Negative: There are roaches in the room, they didn't have a room for me after booking so they gave me a dirty room. They were spraying for the roaches during my stay and I got so sick coming in the room after pest control that I had to leave the hotel on Saturday
