The initial interaction going into the office the older gentleman at the front desk really did not understand how to exactly check me in. I spent about 15 to 20 minutes just trying to check in and I had a reservation and I’m also a choice hotels member as well. Initially they gave me a room that was 158 on the backside of the hotel and there was a lot of unwelcoming energy by my room when I went back to the office to tell the older gentleman about this he seemed pretty frustrated that I asked for another room after explaining why I did not want room 158 due to too much unwelcoming group of people by my room, he gave me another room which was 269 on the second floor. Upon entering the room, there were several roaches in the room the room smelt very old. It was very hot and the bedsheets wer

As the title states, we were unprepared. The photos are very dated and it doesn't look anything like this now. ||||This is not a hotel that you want to stay at if you are visiting Savannah, and we reserved this hotel purely on the price and location to downtown. The service at the front desk was difficult to understand and helpful, but not amazing. The room was absolutely disgusting and smelled horribly of mildew and cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room. We discovered on the first day that many of the residents use this as an extended stay for months on end. The sink was pulling away from the wall, the security hotel lock was broken and missing, and the overall room was in extreme disrepair. The representative at the front desk charged us a $50 security deposit and infor

Great staff very helpful rooms need lots of work. Also need pest control had to deal with roaches in the room i hate bugs. The staff will try their best to accommodate you but the quality of the room is not there. Also they have one to many broken down cars on property not a good look for them. I wish them the best but the guest the have leaves lots of trash around on the property making it look run down. I will give thanks the staff for their effort but I would not recommend this location unless you have too.

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was disgusting and took a gallon of bleach to clean the shower. The towels were stained with black grease, luckily I had my own. The floor was so dirty the carpet felt wet. The tv worked maybe 2 days before losing signal. I have my own hotspot. The kitchen was horrible with just a small refrigerator that was nasty. My room was right next to the stairs and the regulars and drug dealers hung out there all night with zero regard of anyone else. The whole place needs to be bulldozed over and I’m amazed the Health Department hasn’t shut it down. I wouldn’t allow an animal to stay in this disgusting mess. Be better off camping in a tent than stay at this dump.

ROACHES! Don’t be fooled by the cheap prices from third parties, this place doesn’t even stock toilet paper in your room!! Nor pillows (best bring your own, and then throw everything in the dryer because if the INFESTATION!) I figured this for any other hotel, and boy was I wrong. Also they stole my security deposit, the towel wrack was already broken when I got there (it rattled and was loose every time I used my towel) and they told me I wasn’t getting my $50 back for "damages". I have never in my life seen a hotel operated like this, so blatantly a code-breaking, cutthroat, and slum-like. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE.
