Su Nido Inn | Downtown Ojai Hotel

First time here and had a super positive experience. We had the Eagle suite which is upstairs and very spacious with a nice balcony. There is free parking and a nice courtyard with tables to sit at and a soothing fountain in the middle. There are also some bikes available to rent along with helmets. There is a TV in the living room and also in the bedroom which is a separate room. I especially liked having a fridge since we brought snacks. There is also a kitchenette with a sink, small cooktop, coffee machine and tea kettle with some dishware. You are a few blocks away from the action which makes it a quiet oasis yet also has everything you could possibly want within walking distance. Good shopping, food, coffee and friendly people. Horrendous experience. Stealing of credit card information, bad service, horrible staff. - The rude Caucasian male staff at the office locked himself from inside during office hour, and scolded me for being late for check out. His attitude is impolite and unacceptable. - The hotel has ridiculous services. No room service no soap no sleepers. By check out time there was no staff on premise to help out. - This hotel has preposterous charge policy for late check out. Being a lifetime platinum for bonvoy and lifetime Hyatt globalist, I stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life. This one is the worst and the only hotel that charges late-checkout by the hour. And hourly rate is $50, whereas the daily room rate is $300. Such a punitive rate is willful (because they have your credit card informatio

We were in the condor suite. It was amazing with a balcony, large tub and shower and a very comfortable bed. One funny thing is there was no coffee table but we made it work. The pool is not onsite. You have to drive down the street to their sister hotel. But it is a very nice pool and hot tub. Perfect for a warm ojai evening.

Ojai is magical and Su Nido makes it so! We loved staying here! Just a few minutes from the best restaurants and downtown, super clean and awesome amenities and our suite was huge with full kitchen, separate living room, and a cool patio! Absolutely loved our stay here and can’t wait to be back again!!!

Fantastic location! Quiet, and a four minute walk to Ojai Avenue. I stayed in the Cardinal suite, it was very well appointed and very comfortable. Beautiful courtyard with tables to sit at. Highly recommended.
