They couldn't swipe the card and delay the charge on Thursday night so 'they said' to do it tomorrow. I told them that I would pay them Friday for another week at around 5:30pm when I get off work. When I got to the hotel they said my room had been locked until I paid it. I have very valuable things in there and they are basically ransoming me. When I got to the desk they said I had to wait because the lady in charge of the computer was elsewhere... For some reason there is music with bass loud enough to be heard from my room. It literally played 24/7. From the moment I got off work, to the time I left for work. The music was always playing.

LET ME START BY SAYING, I SHOULD'VE KNOWN BETTER THAN TO CHECK INTO AT A HOTEL THAT SELLS "BLUNTS" AT THE FRONT DESK!!!!!!!!!!!!||ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!||Unlike other guest, I didn't choose this hotel. The hotel was reserved by the guest of honor in advance for an event that I was attending in the area. I didn't even stay in my room (checked in at 2:32am and was gone at 3:07am) and was still charged for the night. I am currently staying here and it's alright for the interim through my apartment wait-list. It's cleaner than you think and no bugs. They care about the trash in the parking lot and the room is spacious. Not fond of the smell but I bought candles for that and it's perfect.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only thing good about it is the location in the Western Branch area. That is not worth rating because this hotel is a stain and eye soar to the area. My experience staying there was a nightmare and I feel bad for the people who have to settle for this terrible hotel. The bed is actually a queen size cot with a tin mattress placed over it. The room and hallways have a permanent stale, unpleasant smell to it. The cable television does not work properly. The refrigerator does not get cold and you actually have to put food in the freezer. My dresser shelf was broken and one would think that the management would have long since replaced it.
