Studios at 2800

The black gentlemen who works front desk is a really nice and good man. He really goes the extra mile and looks out for you. The rooms are large, clean, the bath tub was white , impressed about the cleanliness in bathroom. Everyone is friendly and we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately it was out of our budget until my husband is able to go back to work again or we would of stayed longer while my husband gets medical care he needs.. Thank you, a special thank you to the gentleman who works day time... We really appreciate your kindness and for checking on my us.....

i stayed at this place for several months and had the worst of the worst experience. ladies of the night and pimps everywhere. People doing drugs all times at night. Management had his favorites. Some people he treated like you know what and others had the run of the place. I am still owed 100 back and never got it. Police stayed out there all the time. I pray nobody ever goes out there. Rooms dirty and manager Rayford need to be put at the front gate of west you know where. was the poorest excuse for a human breathing.

There is a Caucasian lady that work here by the name rose. Rose tell me that she do not like the staff and that she do not like the cleaning lady ERMA I believe that is her name. Rose says the front desk staff and the owner allow drug activity but I do not believe that. I do believe the lady Erma the cleaning lady is a drug user I always see her doing very bad things that the owner is unaware of. I live here and I know for sure. Also erma goes into occupied rooms and steal. I caught her the other day. Erma also talks bad stuff of the owner and says she want to sue him and says she will purposely hurt herself just to sue the company. Also the tenant rose talks stuff of everyone to and asking she does bad things.I do not think the owner is ev n aware of this

Affordable, ok management...There are bed bugs and roaches that took forever to get rid of...house cleaning is pretty thorough and nice. There's washing machine accommodations; however it takes at least $6 to $8 to get my clothes fully washed/dried. Smoke filters in through air unit when people go outside to smoke on the Non-Smoking rooms side. No cameras. There is a working elevator though. Got what I paid for I guess...

The worst place to stay ever. Every week something different came up missing from my room. The cleaning person was going through all my stuff, things would be out of place and cleaning bottles would be everywhere but my room would be still in the same condition it was in before I left for work. Every week I would tell the manager but he act like it was nothing he could do about it. Then when I finally left and called back to check on my deposit, they took it for unknown reason. They just made something up to get my deposit. I travel from state to state with my job and I’ve never stayed in a place as horrible as Hospitality Studios.
