Very lovely staff and the rooms are gorgeous for the price, very well kept, clean, fresh, and properly stocked. Stoves run smoothly and are clean. Ive stayed here multiple times and never had an issue. And if you ever find yourself needing some snacks, water, pack of smokes? They have a whole convenience store in the lobby near the front desk! Cheap prices, and they’re fast and efficient. Perfect location in between Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, and Norfolk, so youre never far away from the action. 11/10 would recommend staying here again, it’s a home away from home :)

I had no problem everything was great service was great room was very clean.

Was told by night time staff they didn’t have bugs because I asked this am I woke up to a ROACH as big as TEXAS in the bathroom! I suggest not staying here and we had a deluxe room at that SAVE you time and money!

SLEEP IN YOUR CAR !!! This place is the worst place I’ve ever been to in my entire life. It’s disgusting. It’s roach infested. The people there are in adequately trained.NEVERRRRRRRR

In the 3 years I've had registered service animals i have never been treated like this. This morning, the front desk lady told me that she knows for a FACT my two service animals aren't really service animals because they "dont seem trained enough", and that I owe them a hundred dollars per animal non-refundable deposit! It's not like I can have a seizure on command just for her so she can see what they are trained for.... I'll be speaking to the manager in the morning and hopefully she'll put a stop to her employee's blatant discrimination against my federally protected, REGISTERED service animals.
