Studio Suites Extended Stay Chattanooga

Check-in was a little confusing because I could not understand the gentleman at the counter. Thank goodness he had written my room number on the card so I found it without incident. I came into the room and the light switch didn’t work. There is a table with no chairs. The bed looked and IS very comfortable. There was hardly any toilet paper. Just a scant amount on the roll with no extra. There was only two towels and two washcloths. No hand towels, so I used a washcloth as a hand towel. When I pulled the shower curtain back to take a shower, a roach ran out. To be honest as I stood there and took a shower (with my shower shoes on) looking at the moldy shower curtain I felt dirtier than when I got in. This was the worst hotel that I have ever encountered. After an hour in the room we packed up and split as fast as possible. Pulled backed the sheets which revealed flea or bed bug infestation. Everything was broken. The toilet had no handle. The tank cover was conveniently placed on the floor so we could pull the flapper chain manually. The fridge did not work at all and smelled like a dead body was stored in it. The mirror that used to hang on the wall was falling apart and leaning on a desk waiting to crush curious children. Our room was not ready until 5 pm because they were ‘cleaning’ it. I don’t really give a rat’s ass if the management posts a response saying they take complaints seriously and will take steps to fix the problem. They are lying! || Shame on any travel app that co

Wow!! This place is VERY comfortable. Love how clean it is, also such a convenient area, your not that far from Hamilton Place mall. Staff was very nice and welcoming, And I also love how there is a kitchen, a full size refrigerator, and the microwave. It seems like some extended days don’t even Include if it’s not one thing it’s another . Definitely would recommend to people who need somewhere to stay for long-term. Also has a washer and dryer! Definitely five out of five!

Go somewhere else! This place was a dump. The floor was not swept, I didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot. The entire room smelled musty with smoke. The air conditioner smelled musty when it ran and would gurgle every time it went on/off. There were dead/alive cockroaches crawling around the floors/walls. There was a cigarette burn on the bedsheets. The towels had some black stains on them. There was no remote for the TV. Some of the lights didn’t work. People were milling around slamming doors, using drugs, and yelling at each other as well as dogs barking constantly. The parking lot had trash all around. I’ve paid the same amount for much nicer places. This was a rip off and the owners clearly don’t care about this place.

Room and hotel property doesn’t look anything like pictured!!!! No cups! No ice bucket! No toilet paper, no soap! Nothing! It’s a cracked out apartment complex!!! Front desk stated no ice buckets because there isn’t an ice machine… Got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and the roaches were having a party! Do not stay here! I have been contacting booking.com for 3 weeks and still no compensation, refund or resolution.
