Studio 6 Waco, TX - Downtown - Baylor

You get what you pay for. The bed killed my back, but it is clean and convenient, so it works for a quick trip. Front desk staff were very courteous, and when I said that I was a nurse in town to work, they offered me a "quieter rooom" which only has a neighbor on 1 side. Definitely worth it for my sleep!

The room was dirty, stunk… I smoke but the smell of cigarettes was sooo overpowering! I stayed here for a few months a year or more ago and it was a nice place I don’t know if management has changed but it’s gross now. There was roaches and the bathroom door on the inside was tore up as if someone had a dog locked in it. The lighting was also horrible and my neighbor was outside my room all night people hollering at 3:30 in the morning it’s ridiculous!!

ROACHES!!!|The room was a solid 3 when we walked in, the only ice maker was broken. Room was clean. Blanket was used in place of the top sheet and the top sheet was on top of the blanket.... Probably because the blanket on the bed was dirty, I used my own blankets. Went to take a shower and we had company. ROACHES!!! When you are watching TV and a roach is crawling on the screen gives you the creeps.

We are staying here while we're trying to find a house to rent. There are two sides to the hotel. The back side is the noisy side. Lots of activity lots of cars starting people above us dancing around. Front side quieter. It's a nice hotel i have not seen any bugs. If you're traveling through Waco and need a place to stay i do suggest this hotel.

Room was absolutely disgusting. Lol water all over the floor from the ac unit. Roaches everywhere. Don't get me started on the rest. Laughable at best. Room is depressing. Also when booked online through motel 6 app. I input my 2 pets. It gave me a price. Than once I checked in told them 2 pets and they charged me 20 dollars per pet. Lol, why sell me a room than upcharge. Thank God it was a 1 night stay. Never staying here again. Would rather sleep in the car and save the 80 dollars. Funny thing is 14 more dollars is what my nice stayapt cost me.
