Studio 6 Suites West Memphis, AR - Memphis

BEWARE! THEY ARE SCAMMING! I CANCELLED MY RESERVATION ON TIME AND WAS TOLD BY FRONT DESK I WOULD GET A REFUND! THEY DECIDED TO CHARGE MY CARD UNDER OYO HOTELS FOR 2 CENTS MORE THAN ORIGINAL TRANSACTION! THANK GOODNESS I PAID WITH MY CREDIT INSTEAD OF DEBIT CARD! THIEVES!!! I WILL BE FILING A POLICE REPORT IN WEST MEMPHIS!

Felt like a bit bit of a scam. I booked a room months in advance. A couple weeks before I was to arrive, I was contacted by the manager that told me my room would not have hot water. I could upgrade to a suite for $90 more. (Not sure how it was my fault, I figured I should have been compensated) or I could cancel. I told him I just needed a place to sleep, I would be fine. An hour before I got there, the front desk called me to say the room couldn't be used. As I proceeded to get upset, she offered the suite for $25. And said it was because there was no hot water. I said I'd be fine. But when I checked in, the room was disgusting. I was pretty much forced to pay the extra. The suit wasn't worth the extra. I wouldn't recommend this place.

This is a remodel of a roach motel, can’t tell you if the remodel was worth it or not as they don’t seem to know if they have rooms available or not, pulled up and they said they did then once at counter said they didn’t?! Oh and if you are attempting to locate this place to stay here good luck as they haven’t change there signage to “motel 6” the road sign and smaller sign in front read “extend stay@suites”

Hotel 6 is good place to stay. The people are really nice.

NO GO!!! Rezeption nicht besetzt. Lange Wartezeiten. Gebuchter Zimmer nicht verfügbar. Aufpreis von über 100 $ verlangt. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
