La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham West Memphis

I stopped here after a 13hr drive just to be greeted with a rude and unprofessional front desk associate. She asked how many beds I wanted, I told her 1. She said "I know there isn't any single beds" and I said that 2 beds would be fine. But, proceeded to give me a SINGLE bed room, which is what I wanted. But, why say you dont have any before you looked? I also told her I had a small dog and she proceeded to ask all sorts of questions, and I still politely said everything was fine and I would pay whatever deposit I needed to pay. All this time, she was on the phone talking to whoever it was on speaker phone talking crap about the people staying in the hotel currently!! For someone working in the hospitality field, she should at least know common courtesy and respect? After all, with all th

The lady at the front desk was horrible! Can’t understand a word she says, constantly on her cell phone w whoever she is talking to on speaker and clearly more important than the paying guests! She and the GM, who she called bc I refused to pay $25 each for my 2 dogs when the pet policy on Wyndham site clearly states $25 nightly for up to 2 pets. Even the GM said it is $25 per pet. When I said that’s not what it says on Wyndham App as I stated. The GM relented but made sure to say again that’s its per pet. The front desk lady said, “It don’t matter what it says online”. She refused to even look at the policy I tried to show her. Then we walk in to the room and inside the door it looked like coffee dried on the floor. The entire floor was filthy! Everything was great hospitality. Great customer service. I was able to check in early 2:30pm. Breakfast was good. The only thing was the eggs was running. Other than that. Everything is good. They have a indoor pool a gym. I would definitely be back at this location. Also truck parking in the back

I stayed one night here while on a road trip with my family. Upon walking in, the front desk employees were amazing, extremely helpful, and welcoming. The lobby and hallways were very clean, which made me expect the same in our room. Unfortunately, when we walked in, there was a slight odor, though it was manageable for just one night. The bathroom floor was sticky, and the shower had hair and brownish spots. When we went to put some water in the fridge, we found crumbs and what looked like spilled soda. The pool was freezing and very dirty, with things floating in the water like hair. Breakfast wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t recommend it. Overall, this is definitely not a place you’d want to stay at for more than one night
