Quality Inn West Memphis I-40

We booked a room for 2 nights, we arrived in town around 7:30. We stopped to get something to eat I notice they attempted to charge my card. Car company declined tagged unusual activity because I rarely use the credit card. I called front desk Roy was pleasant but informed me my tea was cancelled. He simply said management told him to cancel it. So we had to drive around trying to find another room. It was definitely an inconvenience. If my check in date was 2/13 I do not understand why it was canceled. My night was ruined.

Second shower had cold water was told by desk staff that we should’ve had my husband take a shower the night before and me in the morning. The food was good, but evidently the keep warm burners don’t work well because we had to microwave it to get it warm the staff were all extremely friendly Room was clean. Both the coffee and apple juice ran out while we were there, but that happens.

I had a wonderful stay at the Quality Inn in West Memphis, Arkansas. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful from start to finish. A special thanks to Pablo at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable—his hospitality really made a difference. The HOT breakfast was absolutely delicious, a great way to start the day. I also appreciated how housekeeping quickly reset my room when they realized I’d be staying additional days—such thoughtful service! Clean rooms, great amenities, and a team that truly cares. Highly recommend this location for anyone visiting the area!

This place was a delight to stay in. It was tastefully decorated, quiet, spacious with very nice employees. |I will be more than happy to use them on future travels. |Breakfast had many selections. Biscuits and gravy were good, and the gravy was not out of a can! |I appreciated having a luggage rack and a chair in my room. Many places have done away with the luggage racks. |The only thing I could possible recommend would be a ceiling fan in the bathroom. Moisture is not a bathroom’s friend. But maybe they aren’t done yet.|Oh, and I loved, loved, loved your new floors! You should update your photos to reflect all the work you have done.

It sure is a comfty bed to sleep on. Room was clean. Bed sheet do have some stains. I usually check for bed bugs and it pass. Bed was so comfy I did not want to wake up. Breakfast was good. Sadly they cramped all table and chairs together. Small area that my family of 6 did not have enough seat to sit. We were eating standing up for about 10 min until oter were done eating. We did thought about taking into the room to eat but will any kids we will be running many rounds to grab food. It was a plus to have hashbrowns but sadly the first tray had only 4 and it too a while for another try of 6 hash to come out. There was barely any yogurt. Other than that food was good. Don't mind coming back here again, if I have chance to again.
