The room was different from the photos shown on Expedia, especially the bathroom. The photos showed a bathtub that looked relaxing, but when we arrived, there was no bathtub at all. I was very disappointed. The Wi-Fi connection was also poor. It frequently disconnected and sometimes did not work at all. In addition, even though we told housekeeping that service was not needed, they still looked into our room. I understand that they were just doing their job, but it honestly made me feel uncomfortable. I would not choose to stay here again.

Where do I begin? The positives are the room and parking lot is neat and tidy. It’s centrally located near shops, churches, etc. I’ve been traveling since a child mainly due to the military, so I have stayed in hundreds of rooms. And this hands down is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.||||When I checked in I noticed a sign taped to the counter stating Motel 6’s policy that pets stay free. I was then asked to give a $200 cash security deposit for the pets. As far as I knew, we were good to go. Two days later, the manager came pounding on my door one morning screaming at me that I have to pay rent for my pets so I had to hand over $200 in cash on top of what I had already paid for the week.||||We then had 2 days/nights where we paid in cash. The rooms were in poor condition, with mold growing on the ice and bedbugs infesting the beds. Additionally, the housekeeping staff was very rude. One of the housekeepers knocked on our door at 9:30 AM, insisting that we needed to check out immediately while tapping her wrist as if signaling time. I was also unaware of the $80 deposit fee. I would never recommend anyone stay here. Next time I come to Hinesville, I will find better accommodations.

The hotel charged a deposit that we we're not aware of beforehand. Once we got to the room that bathroom was very dirty. The ice machine didn't work at all and there wasn't anything that you could ever call a breakfast. The staff have bad attitudes or it's next to another hotel that has a bar and grill so if you don't handle people outside you're door or in the parking lot yelling and and partying all night long belligerently then this is the place for you. Horrible experience for my husband and I.

If I could give -10 stars I would. Danny & woman owners are the worst. They need to take this hotel from them. Don’t get me started on their lies, rudeness & stealing from their customers. Still haven’t gotten “deposit” back & it’s been over 4-5 months. Tried to say I stole pillows & made my mom pay $20 for & another $20 because “her towels was dirty” Even after they inspected my room before I was kicked out for not listening to them after they wanted me to not talk to another guest like I’m their child. For the record me & my family is black & I definitely experienced racism here. We aren’t even from the south. They also own other hotels in the area. Don’t waste your money or time in hinesville hotels period.
