Quality Inn Hinesville - Fort Stewart Area

I decided to give this place a try after seeing the reviews and noticing the reasonable price. I booked a 9-day stay. Upon check-in, I was charged a $40 safety deposit. When I entered the room, the condition was very disappointing. There were visible stains on the pillows and sheets, some of which appeared to be blood stains. I also found a cockroach in the bed. Because I was uncomfortable staying in that room, the staff offered to upgrade me. Unfortunately, the upgraded room was not in any better condition. I stayed for one night and checked out early the next morning. A week later, I noticed on my digital receipt that there was only a check-in time listed and no check-out time, making it appear as though I never checked out preventing me from receiving my deposit back. When I checked in with Brittany on the evenings of the 24th of December I was greeted with a pleasant countenance. My stay in the room was so comfortable I really didn't want to leave. housekeeping also made sure I wanted for nothing. Since the location is less than a mile from my family that I visited it is quite convenient for my stays.

Please DO NOT STAY HERE! Cockroaches crawl in the bed in Room 114. Worst experience ever had in a hotel. The bathtub was peeling; it was disgusting. I couldn’t afford a better place; had to attend a funeral.

Staff was very attentive and helped accommodate us. The rooms are pretty spacious and clean. We had a bit of a longer stay since we’re moving here. The only issue we had was lots of roaches in the kitchenette. Do not disturb signs are also a bit useless. Cleaning kept coming back to tell me I couldn’t have it on the outside of the door?
