We stayed over the weekend. The hotel has some minor cosmetic defects that can be addressed like painting and bathroom doors not having latches to close the doors. The suite we had was spacious for people. The breakfast was good to us with no complaints. The lady that we frequently saw up front was nice and courteous. They have a digital check-in which I like so you can have your room key on your phone. Plenty of parking. Overall the hotel is ok to stay for a couple days.

Positive: The hotel was in a good location for the graduation event. Negative: Yes, the room had been switched to another room. I was supposed to have two queen beds but only had one. I did not receive a phone call or email stating that there was a room change. I reserved the room in March because I knew they fill up quick.

The walls are paper thin. Room had a weird smell, size was great. Room did not cool well at all. The bathroom had sliding pocket doors that barely closed which is not ideal if you are wanting privacy. The hallways were heavily tainted with marijuana from people smoking in the rooms. Our neighbor decided to blast loud music until 1am. I see other reviews about the pool being down, it still is. We will not be returning here.

If I could describe how incredible our checkin today was, I would say it was stellar. We came in for a graduation and had a long drive to get here, but Skilar was fantastic checking us (my husband and myself) in and just really going the extra mile to make sure we had a room that would best suit our needs. Even when there seemed to be people coming in around the same time to check in, he maintained a cheery demeanor addressing everyone. Very professional, personable, considerate, patient, and meticulous about details, Skilar made a great impression on us. We are already planning ahead for our next trip.

I really want to give it a 4 but a few things keep me at a 3. Pros: 1. good location. We are driving down I-95 and this isn’t too far from the highway but still has good nightly rates. 2. In the middle of things. We had a great meal nearby at WOB with our dog and were able to stop at wal mart and other places for the small things we needed. 3. Very good welcome and farewell from the staff. I wasn’t offered the 2 bottles of water that are normally offered to gold members but it was still a pleasant arrival and departure. 4. Room was clean and seems relatively new. Great size and loved being on the 1st floor since we had our dog. Cons: 1. Both of the luggage carts had damage to their wheels making them incredibly difficult to use when loaded with our items. The lighted mirror in the bathro
