Motel 6 Hinesville, GA

Looking for an uncomfortable stay with uninvited guests than this is certainly the place. We turned the lights on in the morning and found roaches in the room scurrying to hide. When brought to the owners attention she simply said "they're everywhere, not my problem" We were disgusted an appalled at the response and lack of care. The rooms all smell like cigarettes and even the hallways, the shower head doesn't know which way it wants to spray and barely lets out a steady mist of water and the towels had stains on them. I know it's a cheap place to stay but at what compromise. Utterly disgusting and we had a feeling from the moment we walked in the lobby, should have turned right around like our guts were telling us to. Even left our contact for the secondary owner to contact us.. over 5

Over all,my husband and I were pleased with our stay! The cleaning staff wasn't very polite,but the rooms were a lot nicer and cleaner than we expected for the price!! Most definitely will stay again! Only thing I recommend is if someone has a pet, allow them to stay on ground level. I was on the 2nd floor It was a hassle taking my dog out every 2 hours with no elevator.

One word... ROACHES! They have roaches and when brought to the front desk attendant she shrugged and said ya they're everywhere... Not true. I left and went to the Hampton and there were no roaches. The rooms also smelt awful, like some sort of orange chemical cleaner mixed with mold and mildew. The South Asian women at the front desk was rude and didn't care, also not willing to do anything for our disgusting experience saying "they're everywhere it's fine, no big deal"... Maybe to her but I will not be bringing those things home with me. Not worth the stay.

Positive: "" Negative: Need some spot painting in the room, 1st floor elevator was some kinda gas smell and the lobby wasn’t cool.

The employees were very friendly and understanding. Environment was calm nice people no load n I uses at night. I had a peaceful stay
