Hampton Inn Hinesville

I was going through an incredibly difficult time in my life. Everything felt overwhelming, and it seemed like challenge after challenge kept coming my way. During that period of hardship, staying at this hotel turned out to be one of the few bright spots. From the moment I arrived, the manager and staff treated me with genuine kindness, compassion, and understanding. The manager went above and beyond in every possible way, not just doing their job, but truly caring. They showed patience, empathy, and a level of customer service that I have honestly never experienced before. We had a pet-friendly room, and it did not live up to the quality I expect when I stay at a Hampton Inn. We are used to getting rooms that aren't quite as nice as the others when we travel with our dogs. But this room clearly had not even been vacuumed. The carpet had been patched, was bare in places, and pet hair covered it and the small couch in the room. If we hadn't been so tired from travel I would have asked for a different room. Definitely will not stay here again. We were scheduled to stay there on our return trip home and I canceled that reservations.

I can’t say enough about how incredible our stay was! From the breakfast in the morning with Dennis to the rooms, everything was amazing!!! Dennis went above and beyond to make my kids feel welcome! He made a delicious fresh breakfast every morning followed by a warm smile! The entire staff was so friendly to my kids when I would ask them to go down and ask for a towel or trash bag. The cleaning staff was so nice and were always trying to be accommodating at the same time as keeping the rooms spotless! This is the best place in Hinesville hands down! Highly recommend!!!

We stayed for the night as we were passing through. The hotel itself is renovated and very clean. The room was cozy and beds comfortable. My only negative was the breakfast. The choices were limited as some items were not being replenished. I only had coffee. I left hungry.
