Studio 6 Suites Chattanooga, TN - Lookout Mtn.

I’m always down to stay at a budget hotel but I’ve never stayed at one like this. First off let me say the service was great, we stayed for one night and didn’t need much but the people at the desk were very nice. The rooms are where things get so disappointing. The AC was so disgusting we didn’t even bother turning it on so we wouldn’t breathe whatever was growing in there. We got a double bed room and both beds had stains all over, there was even a pee stain on the comforter. The pillows were all different shades of off white/old nasty yellow. The nightstand drawer wouldn’t stay closed and had trash inside. The fridge didn’t work and smelled like garbage. The sink leaked and the toilet handle had to be manually returned to the up position so it would fill the reservoir with water again.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Feces smeared on bathroom walls, bed bugs, blood on sheets, mold on shower head. Room smelled like pee, uncomfortable bed and i tried to stay there but when i asked the manager to clean my room he complained that it took them 45 mins. Yeah, when a room is that dirty, it takes a while to clean. My fridge did not work and all my food spoiled. I got a bug bite as well and when I asked the manager to change my rooms i was asked to leave the property. There were stains everywhere on everything. Gross and disgusting. Bad management. Blood stains on bathroom floor. My feet were black from the dirt and i never left the room. Bed bug feces on the sheets. Tv only played one channel. Prostitution going on. Loud banging and fighting all night. Sketchy neighborhood.

Booked a room for my son who was traveling with his 2 dogs and would be arriving late in the day. My mistake was to believe the better reviews—all he needed was easy off freeway and clean. Absolutely filthy room. Bedding stained , soaps used, toilet didn’t flush properly. Disgusting. Is management renting a room out for “quickie” use and pocketing the money? Beware!!

Positive: It was convenient. No surprise deposit. Check in was swif Negative: Needs a little work. Couple of roaches. It was roomy

Clean rooms, very nice owners. Quiet. Only complaint was the AC was all or nothing, no adjusting it, so was up and down turning it off and on. Toilet was broke and would not flush, but was due to a rusted handle they would of had no idea about until someone came along and broke it trying to use it. Would stay again.
