Studio 6 Suites Butte, MT - I-90 / I-15

Positive: Price, location and availability. Negative: The listing said this hotels stay included a hot breakfast AND that they had a hot tub. I later enquired the time & place of breakfast and was informed that they don't do ANY breakfast!! Also, NO hot tub existed! Everything was dirty.

Room was extremely dirty upon arrival. Sheets had blood stains, cigarette burns, and dirt everywhere. The smoke detector was shoved into the tissue holder and had no battery in it. I went to the front desk to ask for a new set of sheets. The gentleman at the front desk was helpful and gave me a new set of sheets. But when I started to put them on the bed I noticed several cigarette burns in the sheet. So I went back and got another set...and guess what?! More cigarette burns. And also the sink was filled with hair.

The town is great and views are amazing. The room was large and comfortable with a fridge and microwave, but the hallways smelled, I’m sure due to the dingy carpet. There’s no elevator, but the kind front desk clerk helped us carry our bags up to the 2nd floor. The pool and gym were closed, and there’s no continental breakfast. They do have coffee in the lobby, but it was super watered down. You get what you pay for, but I wasn’t bad for the price.

Upon arrival, the mail working the front desk was en rude when we finally get onto our hotel room. It looked clean until we use the bathroom and there was fecal matter All over we requested a room change. It was fine the first night until the second evening. We realize there was a cockroach in our bathroom. Once telling the front desk they told me there was nothing they could do about it and I can get a hold of the manager at seven in the morning. We Switched hotels to Wingate across the street. They were beyond lovely and understanding. but the manager at studio six tried to tell me that cockroaches don’t exist in Montana, and after asking her to do her research, she hung up on me.

If Icould give 0 stars I would. First let me start by saying the front desk lady this morning was amazing. However the guy working the desk was rude the night before. Second we checked in to room 123 where we find some kind of substance dripping down the wall behind the bathroom door. Mold on every tile in the shower. The hallway smelled like something died. White stuff on the bed couch walls. Most disgusting place I have ever stayed.
