Holiday Inn Express & Suites Butte by IHG

The room was not clean. There were smears on the wall and headboard and crumbs throughout. It took 15 minutes of running the shower before it got warm enough to use. The breakfast looked impressive online but in person it was lackluster. The attendant was very nice but also very loud, almost yelling and though he was polite he was almost too helpful. We just wanted to eat our breakfast in peace but it was interrupted by frequent yelling. The pool area was nice, my son enjoyed his time there. The location was prefect, right off the interstate. All in all, it served our purpose but I'll be looking for a different hotel the next time I'm in butte. Not good value for the money.

Spent one night on a pass through trip. Service excellent. Room was comfortable and very clean. Good breakfast and coffee in the morning. See you next time!

I am writing this review on behalf of my husband. He recently stayed 2 nights in room 224. He was having issues with the toilet draining constantly and never staying filled up. He told the lady at the front desk and she told him that it sticks and he had to open the tank and push down on the red thing. He said he would be OK doing that for the night, since he wasn't going to be in there much anyway. They didn't send anyone to fix it, so the 2nd night, he had to do it again, EVERY SINGLE TIME HE FLUSHED! It just constantly drained and ran nonstop. He also found long hairs in and on the tub! From check in to Check out the experience at this hotel was great. Common areas and rooms in great condition, well maintained and clean. Food for breakfast was very good, Turkey patties are often dry but not here. Staff very helpful with questions regarding places to eat and local knowledge. Bed very comfortable, quiet location, easy access and parking. Will absolutely stay there again on my next trip.

Looking at the area this hotel had the best reviews. I called and the lady was very professional and assisted with reservations. When we arrived we met both the employees and they were very nice and professional. Our first impression was great the hotel is very clean. Pool area and spa very clean as well as the rooms. Only issues we had were minor. Sofa bed was broke uncomfortable, only one dryer in laundry area and it doesn’t work that well. And the other is out of order. Two washers worked good. They should update to some outlets to charge your phone with both types of usb chargers. Breakfast area was excellent and this location is in a great location off the highway. Last thing they have a contract with Dove so all soaps are that brand. My wife is allergic and they don’t offer any othe
