The room was, to my surprise, very clean and nice! Updated! Bed was comfy and the shower had great pressure. I will stay there again!

Positive: The manager was accomodating once i let her talk down to me. Negative: The manager was rude, had no hospitality bone in her body. She called my boyfriend rude because he reiterated no housekeeping after we asked for none they knocked every morning. Then she called our room to wake me up, then our cold water shut off.

I stayed at this Motel 6 recently and wanted to share my honest experience. Overall, the stay was much better than what some online reviews led me to expect. First, the positives: Amazing Lovely, friendly staff who were easy to talk to. Clean, spacious room with climate control that worked great. Room felt well‑kept and comfortable, and everything inside was in good working order. A few things could be improved: Parking is a bit tight for some cars like mine, especially when the lot is busy. Outside lighting could use some work; it felt a little dim in certain areas. I was more than pleasantly surprised at the elegant decor. And the fresh smell of a really clean room! Someone decorated with style rather than bargain shop. I would have given a higher review if my experience with room service/housekeeping had not been so distressing and humiliating. During my stay, staff entered my space and took photos without clearly explaining what they were doing. Communication was poor, and when I attempted to explain that I have a medical condition and asked for reasonable accommodation, I was met with dismissiveness and a lack of basic respect. One staff member claimed to have a healthcare background, yet showed no bedside manner or understanding of trauma-informed care. As a paying guest on an extended stay, I should have been allowed to refuse housekeeping services or request supplies to manage my room independently. That option was not respected.
