Phoenix Inn Suites Albany

We love our stays at the Phoenix Inn! The staff is incredible especially to the grandkids ( giving them warm cookies) The pool is super clean and we love the breakfast. Always great varieties and clean

The staff is the best quality of the hotel. Here's my take. I've stayed in luxury motels quite often. The price and information online made me think it would be a luxury hotel or at least high end. Overall it's a middle of the road hotel as far as what I would have expected. The beds were hard and it was a bit run down. But again the staff was wonderful. The breakfast is good, the Jacuzzi room was nice enough. It was spacious and like everything else good enough. For the price compared to where I stay in Salt Lake City, Denver, Colorado Springs and other places I just expected more. That said it's Albany and may be the best they have to offer. I won't say don't stay here just temper the expectations. Then enjoy the amazing people who make the stay worth it. Thanks to the staff

The Phoenix Inn Suites Albany staff are outstanding (especially the night shift!), and the rooms are spotless, spacious, and very quiet despite being right off I-5. The indoor pool is pristine, and the breakfast is fantastic. Clean and very comfortable rooms! Both ladies at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. If you are staying in the area, do not look further - this hotel will not disappoint!
