Overall great experience here. Great breakfast. Rooms are clean and comfy. People are kind. Would definitely stay again. Very close to some food trucks that are awesome. Close to shopping and other food options as well.

One of rhe better options im Albany. Rooms weren't super clean but also weren't dirty. The guy who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. He quoted us the wrong price. We thought we were paying one price and a hold for the deposit. When the deposit hadn't been refunded a few days later I called in to ask about it. The woman who answered the phone was rude from the sec. She said hello. Told me she didny know what I was talking about. I tried explaining it again and she said that there was no deposit on hold. That the price we paid was what we were charged. When I tried to explain what the gentleman had told us. She got even more snippy and said she couldn't help. There is a holiday in express across the street. I recommend that instead.

Girl working the front desk in the evening on Wed. Nov 12th was so sweet and accommodating. I ended up needing to cancel my room for a few days later and Sarah, the assistant manager was wonderful to talk to. The continental breakfast was great as well! Rooms were good, but not perfect. However, the rates are very affordable and the rooms are a great quality for the budget. The biggest thing that really stood out to me was how kind all of the staff I interacted with were.

Positive: Check in was great! Front desk rep was sweet. The pool was clean and fun for me and my kids! Lots of towels in the towel area. Negative: Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The lady that checked us in treated us as we were an inconvenience and was rude. The room was clean and smelled good. Breakfast was good and bed was comfy. Doors don't close on their own. The lady that checked us out was much nicer and more pleasant.
