Studio 6 San Antonio, TX - Airport

The room was terrible, dirty, broken, I know it is a cheap place, but old and cheap doesn't have to mean dirty and poor maintained. We left two days before our booked day because we heard gunshots in the facility at 0100 am and a lot of people walking around the place at that time. We stayed there because we need kitchenette for one of my kids special diet but it was the worst experience for our family. AVOID THIS PLACE. The room was not smoking room but everything smell like weed, this is not a place for kids. THE WORST PLACE

Positive: Staff was nice and location is ok Negative: There wasn't any towels in my room or soap and shampoo conditioner like at other hotels there's also rats

We has a great experience here, especially for the price. We come to town often to visit family, there are too many of us to stay at our family home so we often end up in hotels and motels that are close by. This has been one we have been too often because of the price, pool, and customer service. Would recommend.

The lady at the front desk was rude. When we got to our room the bathroom floor was flooded. It looked as though someone had just taken a shower. The bathroom door was barely hanging onto the hinges! And a cockroach crawled out of the toilet paper! That was as far as I got when I went back to the front desk to get a refund. I was so horrified I didn’t take pictures!

NASTY ROOMS! Mold, bugs, glitter, grim, and absolutely disgusting are words I would use to describe the room. The service desk lady was rude and not welcoming with her "better than you" attitude.
