Studio 6 San Antonio - Lackland AFB

From the moment I walked in the office i was greeted with a smile and respect. I was shown the room before i signed and asked what floor I wanted (my daughter picked 3rd), beautiful view, the room was clean, it had its own kitchen with a normal size refrigerator, coffee machine and 2 glass coffee cups not the paper cups, ice machine that works, there was a eating table. Room Service was always on time with a smile and brought whatever it was you needed. The last thing was they had white clean towels not the yellow old ones with stains that other places have, if I could I would give it a 10+. Left there with a smile

I stayed here forever one night only. I only stayed here because everywhere was pretty much booked and I needed a place to sleep. The beds were clean but everything else terrible my room was INFESTED with roaches. Like I had seen at least 8 roaches first walking in. I had to go to the store and buy spray to kill them practically bomb the room. I couldn’t sleep very well with worry about the roaches. The place did seem somewhat sketchier area the door had ductape on it for the door. The person in the front was friendly, but everything else terrible else was terrible I did not use the toilet in thee because fear of roaches crawling up my leg while i use the restroom.

I stayed in room 2023 for 3 weeks and I constantly had some issue or another.||The cable was the worst. After 7:30pm the cable started acting up and could not watch any tv until the next day. Constantly reported it and they changed out the box one time; then part of the issue was the room that housed all computer and ac equipment overheated; then I was told to leave the dresser draw out because the box was hidden so it could breathe. They did suggest to move me to another room but it was on the the 3rd fl and I already had medical issues with the stairs. Flooring was not completed; did not have all kitchen equipment and had to ask 4 times. Vent in bathroom was hanging off the wall and I reported that; roach feces was in the cubby holes where towels went and ac vent was torn and had mo

I loved the location, dennys right outside and other foods spots surrounding. they gave us first floor because we had kids very considerate of them. When we walked in the room it did have a moldy smell, it comes and goes.

I've had a great experience so far here at Super 8...The agents are very helpful and super respectful and friendly especially miss Allie, Not to mention miss Sonia the manager she goes beyond the expected to help me understand and I really appreciate her being patient with me...Thank you...five star and more for sure!!!
