My experience here was horrid. The front desk staff was meh at best. Yes this location is ideal but that is the only good thing about this place. The rooms were outdated. The wifi constantly went out. The bathroom fixtures in the tub were loose and there was mold on the shower curtain. The parking situation was a nightmare. Never again.

Great location. Customer service was great and rooms were clean and tidy. The only thing I didn't like was that the floor was very dirty. It's vinyl plank so I know they think they could just leave it without mopping several times, but trust me it showed that it was dirty, please do better🙏🏽

Positive: Convenient location Negative: No lounge area or drink station. Poor customer service. Room was extremely dusty. Poor water pressure and drainage.

The staff is very kind, and helpful. The overall location is freshly renovated. We reserved a room by calling the hotel. I ordered 1 King bed, and it advertised a fully equipped kitchen. It also advertised free pet stay. When we got there we got two queen beds, no big deal. The pet was not free, when we pulled the covers back on the first bed there were black corse hair and grit on the sheets. The other bed appeared clean. There was not a fully equipped kitchen only a frig, sink, little coffee maker, and a filthy microwave. I fill we are owed some money back and an apology from management. We still have one more night because we have already paid. |I can tell the front desk staff is really trying, and it is not their fault, for poor cleaning practices. I do have pictures.

So I live here locally remembered this place was suppose to be remodeled...it had been but the bathroom door wouldn't shut, in order to use the toilet u had to take the back of it off and pop some black thing in there, I was exhausted whatever....went to bed, when I woke up when I moved the pillow there was blood on the sheets...found a part of a joint in the floor....through the night it was loud a lot of workers in the building and it was like a giant party in and out of each others rooms...so be it have fun but it was loud. When I spoke to the front desk, and showed them the pictures they promised to make it right and get back to me. That I would hear from someone that day....never heard from anyone! Indefinitely will avoid recommending them to anyone....if they had tried to make it ri
