Halls smell bad. Covers had stains on them and so did the bath towels and the towel that's like a floor mat was so disgusting and stained !!!The beds had hair on it. I let the front desk know and he said it could be when they wash them it could have just stayed on . I told him about the towels being stained and the cover too and I asked him how and what would he think if that was him staying somewhere where things looked like that. I asked him if they bleached the towels he said yes. I told him if they changed the covers when they cleaned or just fix the beds with the same cover. He said they change the sheets. I stayed here a few weeks ago and overall, I wasn't impressed. I get it's not a 5-Star hotel so I'm not expecting luxury, but the room was falling apart and dirty. The desk clerk tried charging me a different rate than what I booked for online but luckily I caught it before the charge went through. When he assigned me to a room, he said he went to check and see if it was ready. When I went up to the room, the housekeeper was still in the room cleaning it from the previous guest. I stood around for 30 minutes and when the housekeeper pulled the mop out and started mopping, I finally went back to the desk and let him know housekeeping was still in there. I have stayed at this location for the last 2 months straight. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the environment and employees. My stay was peaceful and felt like home. I would definitely recommend your next stay and this location. The staff always went out of there way to make sure I had everything I needed. The manager is a great and professional guy. He always took the time to make me feel welcomed. Definitely a must stay!

Staff is like family and very curtious and makes guest feel welcome any issues that have aroused they have gotten on top of it the staff is professional and friendly and really down to earth any drama or issues they address it and handle it accordingly highly recommend all the staff are pleasant to deal with and greet everyone with a smile and they like to joke with guest and interact with them when they see them

Stayed here for 2 nights. It was okay for the price. Nothing fancy. You can tell that the building is old despite of all updates the hotel did. $50 for incidental deposit and additional $50 deposit if you want to use their kitchen set. You have to ask for the kitchen set if you want to cook something. They don’t provide it in the room. You get what you pay for.
