Positive: "" Negative: The room smelled of cigarettes. The floor, window seals, and bathroom were filthy.

Room was decent, definitely needed some edge cleaning ALL OVER including bathroom. Fridge was clean but coffee pot was disgusting. Old coffee filter that was completely moldy and stunk awful. Staff was nice and apologized for it.

Where does one start with the reviews on this dump? Well for starters we paid almost $200 CAD for the room as it was during the State Fair, once we arrived the key wasn’t keyed to the room so my husband had to go back and get it keyed, it was a chore to open the door as the security latch was hanging loose and causing the door to stay shut so once we were in we found the door lock on the door wouldn’t lock and the security latch was maybe keeping us safe? Not likely but we had hoped. The room was so cold when we walked in that you could see your breath, we managed to figure out the a/c to make it a tolerable temp for us to sleep. All surfaces hadn’t been cleaned or dusted in awhile so that was gross, there was a used towel on the back of the bathroom door, no tissues in the tissue dispense

The hotel is dated,. Lock was broken on lobby side entrance which normally needed a guest pass to enter. My room had a fridge , single serve coffee maker and a mic. There is a desk, but no table. A worn chair with an ottoman that has seen better days. The AC unit was large, mounted in a window and noisy. It went on and off every 10 minutes no matter what the setting was. I had to shut it off to sleep. Staff were friendly, and professional. Rooms were clean.

Shower and beds were okay, though bathroom was missing a vent fan. Rest of the room was falling apart. Bedside lamps didn’t work at all. Wallpaper peeling off. Crusty dirt and cobwebs in corners. Towel rack falling out of wall. No breakfast offered (maybe I missed that being as advertised?)
