Studio 6 Houston, TX Medical Center NRG Stadium

Needs new Hotel management, rooms are not worth the overpriced that was charged to me.. Did not feel safe @ all. Too much activity going on at nite ....

The 🪳roaches “will leave the light on for you,” and make sure you’re tucked in at night. 🪳 The trash, and roaches will also welcome you as you step off the elevator, and you walk the unknown fluid drenched corridor to your own version of Joe’s apartment.🪳Nice king size bed. No bed bugs but bugs. (So, bed bug)🪳 Nice fridge. But bugs. 🪳 Nice hot shower. Baby bugs. 🪳 Location is nice if you need to be close to NRG and stuff. If you get bored, just grab a chancla for in room activities. 🩴🪳 Would have been a nice room if it wasn’t already occupied. 🪳 Stayed 5 nights (for work unfortunately) & never saw housekeeping. Light bulb was blown out upon checking in, asked 2 different front desk ladies if it could be replaced (or give me one I’ll replace it) got a bunch of shrugged shoulders and head s

We stayed 4 nights for $236 and had a positive experience. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the AC ran cold. The room did sport minor cosmetic damage, and the bathroom door didn't shut properly, but was otherwise decent for the price. Ultimately you get what you pay for at Studio/Motel 6, so keep you expectations in check, but I'd book again.

To whom it may concern, I was staying at your motel 6 nrg/medical center Houston Texas location in room 204, I am writing to report an urgent maintenance issue. There is an active leak in the ceiling of my room, which is causing water to drip on to the bed, I was awaken out of my sleep to water on my body, there is also mold on the ceiling I’m going to assume from the water dripping. The ceiling also look as if it’s going to cave in at any moment. I reported the issue to the front desk however the employees who were working were very unprofessional and rude they didn’t accommodate me in anyway I asked for a full refund due to the conditions of the room. I would kindly appreciate if you could follow up with me and the property management to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

AWFUL! The entrance was a nightmare to find. The pool was green. It smelled like stale smoke. The shower water barely got warm because the handle was broken. There was a crusty bandaid in the shower. Roaches everywhere. The TV didn’t work. The door did not seal. I could go on. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!
