Studio 6 Extended Stay - San Antonio, TX - Six Flags

Positive: Nothing! Negative: Bed was squeaky. Roaches in room fridge wasn’t coldl, only 2 small pillows.

Overall I would say the four to a 4.5. The check in was a little awkward for some reason play I don't have multiple profiles or multiple reservations were transmitted by the Wyndham site. When I left the front desk clerk was super kind super sweet. This is a very old motel and with the exception of a couple of rips that you could barely see in the sofa and a couple cosmetic things that needed to be painted over... The room was very clean and well kept.. the only thing is you can hear the highway noise.

My stay was made so much better thanks to the receptionist, Jalysa. She was incredibly sweet, helpful, and had such great energy. She made check-in smooth and gave us exactly what we needed, which really set the tone for a good experience. The room itself was comfortable, though there was a slight tobacco odor, probably something that could be fixed with a deeper wall cleaning. Overall, Jalysa’s kindness and professionalism stood out the most, and I really appreciated the welcoming service!

Okay, I'll start by saying that all of the workers I came into contact with, from the day and night managers to the maintenance man, were kind and understanding. The layout of our room was great for our family of 5 and the sound-proofing was decent enough to block out the road noise from I-10, which was about 100 yards from our door. Also, the laundry facility was well-maintained. ||||Now, where they fail is cleanliness and pest control. Within 5 minutes of setting our 1-year-old down to play he was BLACK on his hands and feet. I'm not saying a little dirty, he was BLACK. On the first night, I bought a mop and bucket and mopped the floor THREE times and THEN got down on my hands and knees and wiped up the last of the dirt with paper towels. It was Valentine’s Day and when I came back from having dinner with family my key card stopped working. I’ve been stuck outside for 2 hours with unsuccessful attempts to reach someone to come open my door. Now my family and I are stuck outside with no way to get into the room or reach someone. Mind you my service animal is inside. I had called every number available with no response. I paid for a room I’m not even going to get to stay in because management or the front desk is not answering!!!! This place sucks and I will be taking this all the way to corporate. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional to not have a working number or a maintenance after hours number.
