Super filthy dirty disgusting carpets. I didn’t let my son even seat on the little couch. I’ve seen homeless people sleeping on cleaner ones. Cockroaches in the sink. When we entered the hallway from the elevator it smelled like moldy socks and a mix of cigarette and marijuana. And the carpet was appallingly dirty. The room AC was set on 62 so it was like a morgue. No heater. No microwave, one fork, bugs in the cupboard and with the dishes. We used our sleeping bags, there was no way we were gonna sleep in such dirty sheets. I understand it is much cheaper but if it’s cheaper because it’s dirty then people need to know that. This hotel looks like it used to be nice. The architecture is beautiful and so is the landscaping. I think whoever bought it last has zero care or business knowledge.

Positive: Maybe location but that is all Negative: Mostly everything. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms smell like animals and dirty. Run down. Oool empty drywall peeling just overall dirty and disgusting

This is the worst place I've ever stayed. Everything advertised online is misleading. There’s no gym, and the room comes with no silverware and no kitchen utensils. Additionally, there are only two small towels, and the bed has no bedspread—just disgusting sheets. The cleanliness level is zero; it felt like the previous guests had just left, and the room wasn’t even sanitized. The coffee machine was filthy, and so small looked like a toy. There were no glasses or cups provided, which makes the kitchen completely useless. To top it off, the woman at the front desk greeted us poorly—no smile and a lot of attitude, as if she were doing us a favor. This place is not worth the money, and what seemed like a big savings turned out to be a huge mistake. I will never stay here again.

The beds are SO comfortable, the location is superb, and the people are really kind and care that you have a good stay. It felt comforting after a long travel day. By the way, the owners are continually working to improve a facility that is so close to the beach. (It requires constant attention, but they’re on it! and will listen if you have suggestions.)

Absolutely terrible - booked through Expedia and the pictures posted did not represent the hotel room I was given. Absolutely disgusting: dog hair everywhere , the sheets were dirty and stained, the mattress was absolutely disgusting, the room was beat up, bugs on walls, broken A/C unit. I asked to change rooms and I was told I couldn’t and would need to speak to management in the morning. I packed my things up and walked to a hotel down the road that was much cleaner and accommodating. Will never even consider staying at another Motel 6 in my life.
