Sea Breeze Vacation Rental

Awesome experience with Greg, his team, and his property! We felt right at home with how comfortable the bed and couch are & how clean the place is. The view from the balcony is insanely nice, could be hot during sunset on a hot day though but we went in Dec/Jan so it was great. It’s also pet-friendly so we could bring our babies to enjoy the vacation with us. Greg is very responsive and answers all of our questions very promptly. Parking was also a breeze especially in such a desirable location. We would recommend this spot to everyone we know and most likely come back ourselves!!

We have been staying at Seabreeze regularly for the past 8 years. The support team (who has been there for a long time) look after the guests and the properties very well. There are regular cosmetic and major updates to the apartments which remain, fresh and clean. A great place to stay and visit Carlsbad and Southern California.

My dog and I have been staying in a few different units at Sea Breeze, for almost a month, while I’ve been having construction done on the downstairs of my home. We are so grateful for this experience, particularly the 1 bedroom units upstairs. The units are clean, beautifully decorated with coastal decor, and the large, furnished balconies have a gorgeous view directly of the ocean. Each unit has a slightly different design and set up, all with a beachy/Coastal theme. There are plenty of supplies needed for each unit. The host/property management have been absolutely fantastic. There are great restaurants within walking distance. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and the manager was very friendly and available for all of our questions/needs. The place was beautiful, nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was beautiful and large. The views were amazing and the location was perfect. You can walk to the village in just a couple minutes. We will definitely be back!

Such a perfect spot - just steps from the beach and the village. The home was beautiful, clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. Super comfortable and relaxing. Truly perfect. We will definitely stay here again.
