Studio 154 Hotel

▪️ PROS….|Location can’t be beat. Street was blocked due to construction so it was quiet with zero traffic. Restaurants & dueling piano bar (which was a good time) are pretty much in same building. Broadway was only about a 3 minute walk away. Parking was also easy. Garage was directly across street from hotel. We prepaid for 2 days. It was a bit much at $86, but convenient.|▪️CONS….|Room key situation might be tricky for those who aren’t real tech savvy. You have to download their app to make it work. Surely there is a better way.|Our room did not have windows. This could be a bit disorienting (is it morning yet?….or still the middle of the night?)|I’m guessing the pricier rooms have the windows.|▪️OVERALL|I would for sure stay here again.|It’s off the main busy street, but VERY convenie

From start to finish, this place was amazing. Just steps from Broadway, the location couldn’t have been better, with countless restaurants and bars right outside the front door. The space was immaculately clean, featuring spacious rooms, a mini kitchenette, and an incredibly comfortable bed. And the shower? Amazing water pressure! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Public daily parking is conveniently located directly across the street, which made unloading quick and easy. We would absolutely stay here again!

Positive: The location was excellent, within walking distance of Broadway where all the honky tonk bars are located. Negative: No pool and no fitness room.

I’m updating my original review to reflect how thoughtfully the team handled my concerns. After my initial experience, the hotel reached out promptly and genuinely wanted to make things right. They upgraded me to a beautiful, quiet room with a microwave, an enclosed balcony, and an incredible riverfront view. The difference was night and day. I truly appreciated their responsiveness, accountability, and willingness to resolve the issue rather than dismiss it. That kind of service matters, especially for frequent travelers. I travel to Nashville monthly and will be back next month-I’ll be staying here again and feel confident doing so based on how this was handled.

My daughter and I stayed at Studio 154 during our trip to Nashville, and overall it was an amazing experience. The location is a huge win, super close to Broadway, making it easy to enjoy everything downtown Nashville has to offer without feeling overwhelmed by the noise and chaos. The building felt very safe and secure, with access limited strictly to guests staying there and managed through their app, which made both check-in and check out incredibly easy and seamless. The rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable, perfect whether you’re traveling solo or with family. A major plus was the espresso machines on every floor, which dispense hot water, coffee, chai tea, and hot cocoa, such a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated.
