This place is border-line livable. They'll rent you a trailer that's falling apart for almost as much as a good apartment. If you take your own trailer, then the neighbors aren't bad, and it's relatively safe and quiet. Just don't expect much as far as amenities.
Very dirty not worth living there!! So many strays its so terrible!!
