STAYWELL SUITES

I booked my room on priceline , after it was rated 4 star , the price was about half of what other hotels charge and I should have known something wasnt right , but it was a last minute booking and seeing it had a 4 star rating I booked a room .the interaction i had with those that work there was good , but many dont have anything identifying them as being a employee , which i find concerning , especially when I walked in to the office to check out, and a woman walked in and said ill take your key , i didnt know if she was a employed there or if it was someone from the neighborhood looking to gain access. from a distance the hotel looks nice but when you get close you can see thats not the case .inside my room the mattress, if you can call it that, was hard and uncomfortable. Fantastic stay! The room was fresh, the entire property felt welcoming. Truly impressed with the comfort and service.

The big lady Shari in the front is horrible her attitude is disgusting don’t understand if she wants to work in customer service why does she have to have such a terrible attitude the way she does so not professional at all then let’s speak on the rooms well let’s say the rooms is disgusting like doesn’t the cleaning staff know anything about how to clean a room the property alone is disgusting as well I found several needle laying on the parking lot what is wrong with this place do they not any type of leadership or just flat out don’t care

They cancelled my reservation and still charged me full price. Do not book a room at this hotel.
