Staybridge Suites Summerville - Charleston Area by IHG

This was my second time at this location and was still pleased! The team is amazing. My girls Mrs. Vanessa, Marvus, Jennifer, Kelly and my boys Brian and Mack!!!! They made accommodations for us for meals and made sure we were comfortable and happy. Karaoke was an added plus! Now the rooms and some other areas need some TLC and a upgrades! I'm not sure if there is a custodian on duty at all times, the elevator floor should stay clean. It was a spill left from check-in to checkout. Customer service isn't an issue here at all!!! I will return every time in in the area.

Positive: friendly staff, accomodating, clean, decent breakfast, bonus happy hour/dinner days! Negative: mattress could be a lot better.

This is my place to stay when I visit. The front desk is always amazing, friendly and very professional. They make it a point of getting to know and making you feel welcomed. Ms. Carla is the absolute best. We just recently visited and she immediately greeted us with smile. She remembered our preferences and did her absolute best to ensure that we had the room that we requested. She went beyond and called up to the room to check to make sure everything was okay. She also reminded us of the social hour and encouraged us to attend. Upon checkout, the very nice woman who checked us out was also very pleasant and friendly, I am sorry that I did not get her name. I had the best experience here. Vanessa was amazing at welcoming us when we got here. She had an amazing smile and a great personality! Then for the cocktail hour the dining room staff was definitely phenomenal. Kelly Jessica Marvus and Brian were phenomenal!! They gave top-notch service for us from the time we walked in until we turned in for the night! Our team will be returning the next time we have training in the area. I would have to say the service and experience here was better than the one in Florence.

Great hotel at a good price. Beautiful rooms. Great front desk staff. Love the breakfast buffet, happy hour meals, all workers are super nice and helpful! My dog Rocky loves the treats at the front desk. Carla the manager and whole staff are great! ♥️🐶
