Staybridge Suites Newark - Fremont, an IHG Hotel

We stayed 5 nights here. I liked the location. There are many restaurants that are within 5-10 minutes drive and it is quiet to sleep. I also appreciated the social time when the hotel offered light food and drinks. We also used the kitchen a lot. If you like firm bed, you may not like the mattress here.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. During that time I was amazed at how clean the staff keep the rooms and the rest of the hotel. Everyone from the front desk to the cleaning crew was friendly and helped us with whatever we needed. The breakfast was also a big hit with my family. Always fresh and tasty. Thank you for the hospitality! I will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

My family and I have stayed here over the years during our business trips, and the experience has consistently been excellent. Ashley at the front desk provides outstanding service—she is very kind, professional, and accommodating. On one occasion, my wife accidentally dropped our car key down the elevator shaft, and Ashley acted with urgency and clear communication to coordinate maintenance. Our key was retrieved quickly, which we greatly appreciated.||The rooms are comfortable, and we typically stay several days throughout the year. The breakfast is satisfactory, and overall, our stays have always been excellent. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent stay at Staybridge Suites! The hotel is very nice, with a clean and updated interior. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and featured a comfortable bed, plus a well-equipped kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals. The included breakfast was a fantastic perk. Overall, it was a great experience, and I look forward to staying here again in the future!

My experience was horrible, I booked a week long trip for work here, on the 3rd day of my trip someone broke into multiple vehicles including mine. All vehicles were parked no more than 50ft from the main entrance. When I asked the manager if they had cameras, she stated that only inside the hotel. I seen that they have a sign on the front door that they have a security guard on duty and watch, yet multiple residents got their windows broken and their property stolen. The hotel showed no remorse or empathy and simply stated that the incident occurred at 6am (their guess) when the security guard had just finished his shift. Seems kinda fishy as to almost maybe the criminal either works at this hotel or knows the hours of when to hit, he or she obviously knows that they don’t have cameras si
