I have stayed at this location multiple times and use Marriott frequently with being a Marriott Bonvoy member. My recent visit was very displeasing. Upon arrival I asked the front desk of they can call me when our room is ready because we had a long day and would like to rest, she said sure we will call or text you when it is. 6pm Monday night no call no text no update even on the Marriott Bonvoy App. Checked in late...Went up to room, ventilation system wasn't working, fridge was broken, curtains were missing, room smelled, phone wasn't working so we had to go downstairs to tell front desk the issues. Whats the point of using Marriott Bonvoy and being a member when your giving the worst rooms and no one responds to the app on the requests, preferences or messages. Your paying a good amo

Esmyne is awesome! So warm and accommodating.|Of course you can trust this hotel brand. My room was clean, comfortable, quiet and accommodating. |And it’s in California, which is just so gorgeous. Don’t worry about the traffic. Lol. |And in this area, there are many places to eat nearby.

Positive: The room was big and clean Negative: Yes, online when I booked it said the continental breakfast was included. The hotel, however, charged me $24 for it. What's worse is it wasn't even good. The eggs were some of the worst I've ever had.

I have been coming here since 2014, and I never had any issues with anyone. It was all pleseant and sweet. My friend got married here, and my two neighbors' kids had birthday celebrations here as well. I know this place because I was invited parties. My boy friend comes here from time to time with co-workers after works. I came here for happy hours from time to time, especially last year when it was really slow (now it picked up). Bur last week Thursday 10/23/2025, when I came here around 10:45pm to charge electricity for my Tesla, I ran into serious problems with the African American woman at the front desk.
