Staybridge Suites Miamisburg by IHG

This hotel was great. We stayed for three days and we had a unique situation for our check-in and checkout dates and the hotel was very accommodating and worked with us to make it as smooth as possible. The room was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The staff were all very welcoming and polite, and we really liked that the front desk was staffed 24/7. The free continental breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had, there was a changing menu every morning, and the food was fresh and well made with a lot of variety. Overall, it was a great day and I would stay here again.

This is my favorite Staybridge Hotel. This hotel is in a great location, well maintained with an excellent staff. This location is very well kept and clean. The main entrance and even the elevator are spotless. Cleanliness makes or breaks a hotel. The manager Rick is extremely pleasant and professional and the reason I keep on returning to this location.

I chose to stay at this property as it was pet friendly and I needed a place to stay with my two floofs while breaking up a 14-hour drive. I called ahead of time to make sure I had what may be needed (vaccine records, etc...,) and to confirm the rate on their website, which indicated "$50 for up to two pets for 1-6 nights." This was confirmed. At check-in, I was asked to pay $100 by the less-than-enthusiastic front desk associate. She told me, "No, it's $50/pet." When I showed her the website language, she simply shrugged and told me there was nothing she could do. As the room rate was nonrefundable at this point and I was beat from driving several hours, I just paid it. ||The suite was nice, if not a bit sterile...but I wasn't expecting much character. If you want a great place to stay in, feel very clean and comfortable. The state bridge is one of the nicest we’ve ever been to. and if you want great, hot hospitality, come here and stay. The rooms are very clean. The beds are very soft. The accommodations are very nice. Our cold drinks were very cold at the front desk. They are awesome people to come and stay at then we enjoyed our stay

We stayed there for Christmas to visit our son, I have good things to say about this hotel but I left my Bose ear buds on the night stand, when I called in that night they said the maids did not turn them in but she would send an email to the head of housekeeping and I could call back which I did 3 times. They were never turned in. They know who cleaned the room they know who would have found them. Therefore I do not recommend this hotel.
