Residence Inn by Marriott Dayton Miamisburg

This was our first visit to this hotel and we were really happy with everything. Acórea, at check in was friendly and had a great personality. He signed me up for the rewards program which no one had ever done before. The room was beautiful! VERY spacious. My husband asked if we could have a room on a higher floor and Acórea was happy to help. The only issue with the room was on the tub floor there was what looked like scuffing. One spot on the carpet also had a stain but that looked like salt from someone's shoes. Unfortunately, there isn't anything the hotel can do about that. I did let Mandy know in the morning and she was helpful. She was also super friendly and easy to talk to. I could have stood there and talked to her all day. This 3 month old property was our choice for the Cincinnati Open tennis tournament in Mason. Half hour drive.||Room was spacious and nice.||Turned TV on…had sound no picture. Had to have staff come and fix it.|Took a shower…no soap, shampoo or conditioner in shower wall attachments.|Room doesn’t have a full length mirror.|Room doesn’t have an exhaust fan in bathroom. Just air vent in ceiling that was dirty, dusty…who knows what was blowing into the room.|Nice breakfast except for listening to breakfast attendant complaining about people leaving dishes on table for her to clean up and leaving no tip. Everyone should leave their dishes for clean-up. Attendant never washes and sanitizes tables. I washed my own table because there were still food stains.||There are 4 or 5 electric charge

My wife and I stayed with our kids Thursday night. Heather at the front desk made all the difference in what was already a nice experience to a wonderful and memorable one, she was genuine, warm and I could have talked with her all evening. It was raining and she got us an umbrella to use outside, while taking our puppy out. I got up early and had breakfast alone to make sure to say goodbye to her!! She also didn't hesitate to let us check out at 1 instead of 12! Thanks Heather you are AWESOME! We will be back soon!!

We stayed here this weekend for a funeral. We had a large group of extended family with us, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. The rooms themselves are very nice and easily accommodate a family. We had a separate bedroom and a pull out couch, it was perfect for my family of 5. The amenities and lobby are great as well. Breakfast was nice, great shared space for hanging out, a very nice indoor pool and a lovely fire pit. I had a wonderful experience with the staff as well. The first night we had the pleasure of dealing with Juanita. It is not often you see someone who truly cares about great service anymore. Stayed here for 2 nights with my girlfriend and we really enjoyed the new hotel here. Great location and convenient places to eat and shop. The staff was very professional and welcoming. Heather at the front desk was amazing!! She got us extra pillows and towels in the middle of the night, she had to go to several floors to find pillows for us. I had, had a back surgery this past year and proping my legs up at night is how I am able to ease my pain and sleep well! I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
