Comfort Suites Miamisburg - Dayton South

Pleasant hotel! Not overly fancy but a great price especially for what you get. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean. Walls were a little thin and some guests were a little loud (not the hotel’s fault). The bed was on the firm side but it didn’t bother us much, though the springs/frame were very squeaky whenever you move at all. Breakfast was very tasty with nice options! Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable room - clean and shiny. Wish the room had carpeting because the LVT floor is cold. I asked the Manager for another desk chair because it had shredded plastic upholstery. I also had the Manager tape the bedside drawer closed so it wouldn't stay open to bump into during the night. He fixed it all! Breakfast was nice variety with sausage, eggs, waffles, yogurt and oatmeal every day.

Positive: The staff were all friendly and our room was very clean. The hot breakfast was good- scrambled eggs and sausage or you could make your own waffle. Other choices too, like cereal, bagals, yogurt, bananas, taost, etc. Will stay here again. Negative: ""

Don't expect cleanliness to be part of the experience. Lobby windows are the first clue. Guest bathroom broken. Stupid sign on the luggage cart. I'd fire the manager and district manager. Breakfast was non-existent. Juice machine dispensed colored water. Fire extinguisher missing from hall cabinet. No coming back ever.

Upon checking in, i was told a list of things not to do. No guests, etc.... checked in left the room in excellent condition, got charged $60 for some marinera that got whiped off on a towel that cost $3. Absolutely ridiculous, lost a customer for life.
