Staybridge Suites Memphis East - Cordova by IHG

I’m currently staying at the Staybridge Suites Cordova for work, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. From the moment I arrived, the guest service has been outstanding. Regina and Jennifer at the front desk are absolute gems. They’ve gone out of their way to help me with anything I’ve needed — always warm, professional, and genuinely kind. You can tell they care about the guests, and that makes a huge difference when you’re away from home for work. The manager, Angela, truly exceeded my expectations. When I mentioned that I needed a room with a desk so I could work comfortably, she didn’t just accommodate me — she upgraded me to an extra-large suite. I was blown away. That level of thoughtfulness and care is rare. She treated me like family, not just a guest pass

Place isn’t awful, staff is very nice and friendly and inside rooms and hallways are clean. But thermostat in my room doesn’t work I haven’t complained due to most the day I am out working. And outside the bushes are littered with liquor bottles and such doesn’t give a great picture of the place Overall I would stay again if I needed to be in the are because all the staff have been so friendly. But just some things need to be addressed

We have stayed here twice. The staff is friendly and everything is satisfactory. Our room is huge and it would be great for a longer stay too. One complaint our first stay was that the tv didn’t work but we didn’t really need it (would have asked for it to be fixed if we were staying longer). I love that it has a full sized fridge and all the dishes and such. The breakfast was really nice. We didn’t need to eat until dinner!

My stay at Staybridge was absolutely five-star! The staff were incredibly welcoming, and professional. My suite was super comfortable and spotless, truly feeling like a home away from home. Excellent service from the General Manager. I highly recommend!

This hotel charged me TWICE for my stay and I am having a very difficult time resolving their mistake. Hotel management is no help. When I checked in, the front desk saw I had paid using points. However the next morning, they had charged my card for the full stay. None of their employees could help until their manager came in. Then the manager Ms. Angela Greer saw my confirmation email paying in points but still says “their system” doesn’t recognize it as paid. I used Chase Travel at Hilton, Holiday Inn, Marriott, and Candlewood Suites on this trip and all of their systems had no issue. I have spent over 5 hours now trying to resolve this by phone. If you value your time, do not stay at this hotel. The one night stay itself was also very unpleasant and full of issues. They had no lugga
